Highr provides an efficient solution to the appointment scheduling challenges faced by HR teams. It simplifies and automates the process by enabling easy coordination between employees and external parties, effective communication, and real-time tracking of appointments.
Research
I conducted thorough research on the needs of HR teams regarding appointment scheduling, identifying key pain points and improvement opportunities.
Conception
Respecting Highr's visual identity, I created mock-ups that reflect the professional and efficient aspect of the solution while ensuring an optimal user experience.
Product Strategy
We opted for a platform accessible only to HR, thus simplifying the user experience for employees and external individuals. A responsive version will be available for both employees and external parties, facilitating access from mobile devices.
